My lovely weekend with my old school friend.....

We had a weekend of chilling, talking, laughing, eating and catching up over 20 years of gossip and it was bloody brilliant!!!

The kids had a brilliant time and we are already talking about going and staying again soon.

Good lord!

I went up to my friends house last night for a catch up and a cuppa and we were talking about how much weight I had lost and I was saying that I had really plateaued and couldnt seem to get out of it. Both Sarah and Serena wanted me to look at a photo taken of me 1 year and 3 months ago which they had been looking at a few days ago and I felt like crying, I had a real epiphany when I saw it. I felt like one of those contestants on Biggest Loser when they see a picture of themselves at the beginning of the programme! I looked so big but instead of being negative it made something click for me to get back in gear. Also, Sarah had bought an amazing top from Next and both Serena and I decided to try it on and it fit?!?!?! Sarah and Serena are loads smaller than me and I couldnt believe that I had managed to fit into a size 14 Next top, admittedly it was a lot more 'snug' on me than them but who cares?!?!? lol

Busy times ahead.....

I have been checking out all the social things that are coming up for me and mine and my next weekend where I am not doing anything is the middle of October?!?!?

It started this weekend with Maz's henweekend and the rest is as follow:

This weekend we are going to my friends overnight for food and drink

4-6 Sept - Maz's second hen night and Decorate the kitchen

12 th September - Maz's wedding

14th September - my 40th birthday
18-19th September - Out with Andy and Dave's wedding

26th September - been told to keep free for family time for my birthday

1-3rd October - Going to see Hairspray, work do (all paid for)

I am tired just looking at all this!

WW wise I am going to be really good in between each thing and then enjoy them without going mad. I should easily maintain through the next 6 weeks which I will be happy with then it will be all guns blazing for the run up to Xmas and a fab outfit!!

Hen weekend in Leeds.

Had a brilliant weekend in Leeds for Miranda's hen weekend.
It was a fab apartment and we had a chilled time and also an extreme time going from chilled to eating and being full to drinking in snobby pubs to a great pub with a sticky floor, a boy dancing on the bar in his pants and drag queens singing songs! Briliant!!!

Can't wait for Miranda's wedding she will be a beautiful bride.....

Boredom is a dangerous thing.......

How stupid of me, I was bored this lunchtime so decided to look people up on facebook, didn't like what I found and now I am very angry! Angry at myself and what I saw.

That will teach me to let curiosity and boredom get the better of me! Never again! What a fucking idiot!

Oooo right, what have I been up to?

My friend Sarah came over from Chester with her boys who I haven't seen for years, I went on a bike ride on the rain, I had my hair done, I went to a baby shower, went to Meersbrook park and I worked at a wedding doing the chocolate fountain with my sis...............so not much really!! lol

I am proud of me and my sis.

Sore buttocks!!!

Had a really fab day today, me and Matt met my sis and her son to have a day cycling, we went all over Sheffield and boy do my buttocks know it!!! lol

I am now going to save up for a gel seat or some of those padded pants that cyclists wear!

A brilliant day though.

Been on my bike......

with Matt on his and Lolly walking along side. We were out for an hour and I really enjoyed it! Going out most of the day tomorrow so should clock up some right bonus points (won't be eating them though).

On another topic Will is at this moment on a plane to Greece with his Mum and richard for a week, let's hope the weather stays nice for him.

New bike.

Inspired by my sis I decided to get a bike and Asda were selling a really good one for £70 so I got one..... the down side? We are that busy at the moment that I still haven't been on it!!!! I am itching to get on it but we have so much going on that it hasn't even been put together yet!

Hopefully will be going out on it with Matt, Jayne and Liam on sunday, I am really looking forward to it.

In Childrens A&E for 8 hours!!

I am really drained after spending 8 hours in childrens hospital with Lolly again. They have said she is suffering from severe migraines, home now and in bed, she was very brave giving blood, having an ECG and a catscan, I NEVER want to see one of my children in one of those machines ever again!!!!!

I am.........

......pissed off, I stick to my diet, walked 46000 steps and I have stayed the same this week?!?!? WTF???? I know it is a day early and my last weigh in was in the daytime and not at night but even so...................not even half?!!??

46000 steps completed in just over 35 hours!!!

I am tired but happy and chuffed with me and my sis.

Day 2 Stepping out for charity.

Day 2 of my Steps for charity didnt go to plan cos of the bloody rain so we decided to walk into town to meet my friend Jean for lunch for her birthday then I did steps on my Wii to get some more steps in.

I now only have 13000 left to do and 16 hours to do it in so I am well on my way to completing it.
