Not feeling to great about this whole WW thing, I have pointed everything and even managed to do 1.5 hours exercise today but I just don't feel like I am going to have a loss this week.......
the problem is that I am a great believer in mind over matter, so as you can imagine that if I am feeling negative about my weigh in this week then I am more than convinced that I will have put on weight because I don't believe that I will have a loss.
Based on that fact I know I should try to be more positive as I do know this diet works but I don't want to try and force being positive cos that won't help anything either! lol Lose/lose anyone?

Hang in there and wait for the weigh in!!! Even if you haven't lost it'll show up next week for sure. You've done so fantastic so far and you look fabulous so enjoy it! I've switched to the old core, now filling foods cos I was bored with points so I'm looking for a loss this week...pleeeeeese xx
