Good lord!
I went up to my friends house last night for a catch up and a cuppa and we were talking about how much weight I had lost and I was saying that I had really plateaued and couldnt seem to get out of it. Both Sarah and Serena wanted me to look at a photo taken of me 1 year and 3 months ago which they had been looking at a few days ago and I felt like crying, I had a real epiphany when I saw it. I felt like one of those contestants on Biggest Loser when they see a picture of themselves at the beginning of the programme! I looked so big but instead of being negative it made something click for me to get back in gear. Also, Sarah had bought an amazing top from Next and both Serena and I decided to try it on and it fit?!?!?! Sarah and Serena are loads smaller than me and I couldnt believe that I had managed to fit into a size 14 Next top, admittedly it was a lot more 'snug' on me than them but who cares?!?!? lol
